The Last Greenhouse is a free gardening game. It has no accounts, advertising, purchases or game analytics. Your garden is stored on your device, rather than in a game account on our servers.
Your garden saves
The game stores your layout, plants, progress, achievements and preferences in local device storage. The demo and full game use separate saves, and Chapter Garden and Freeplay each have their own garden. These saves remain until you replace them, clear the app or website’s stored data, or remove the app and its data. Your device’s backup settings may also apply.
Exports and imports
Exporting creates a file containing the garden and its progress. The game does not send that file to us. If you share it or save it to a cloud service, you choose the destination and that service’s own privacy terms apply. Import reads the file you select on your device. Native exports temporarily use the app’s cache; exported copies remain wherever you save them until you delete them.
Visiting this website
When you open the web demo or these pages, the hosting provider processes connection information such as your IP address and browser request to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from your garden save. The Cloudflare-hosted website uses Cloudflare’s infrastructure; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of that information. If you play through itch.io, that website’s own privacy policy also applies.
Contacting support
If you contact support, the information you choose to send—such as your email address, message, screenshot or garden file—is used to respond and troubleshoot the problem. Please send only what is needed. Support correspondence is kept while resolving your request and for necessary follow-up; you can request its deletion through the same contact channel.
Deleting your data
To remove local browser saves, clear this website’s site data in your browser settings. For the mobile app, use your device’s app-data controls or remove the app and its data. Delete any exported backups separately. “Start a fresh garden” replaces the active garden but does not remove your other mode or external backups.
